Paleontological Museum "The roots of life"

The Paleontological Museum "The roots of life" was established in 2008 and it starts from a private paleontological collection of the Venetian naturalist Bruno Berti, enriched by other artifacts given by the Ligabue Study and Research Centre in Venice. This exhibition has an educational purpose and for this reason it is perfect for school children's visits: inside, there are some fossil and vegetable finds coming from different parts of the world (South America, Mexico, Morocco...). The most curious thing in this museum is the fossil of a baby dinosaur (Psittacosaurus), lived in East Asia at the beginning of the Cretaceous.
