MUSE – Science Museum

The MUSE is the museum of sciences of Trento, an outstanding architecture built on a body of water by Renzo Piano.
It is not like the typical museum, as inside the “zero gravity” notion has been applied: the exhibition contains some objects hung with thin cables and have an amazingly scenic effect: tables, shelves, panels, screens and pictures, and also every kind of flying reptiles hooked to the ceiling or to the floor with steel tie rods that seem to fluctuate in the air. Visiting the MUSE you can understand that science and technology can contribute to find good solutions for the future of the Planet. All along the exhibition, learning and entertainment interweave, transforming the visit to the museum in an unforgettable experience. The Science Museum is an auxiliary body of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
Its task is to interpret nature, starting from the mountains, using the eyes, tools, and applications of scientific research, taking advantage of the challenges of the contemporary world, stimulating scientific curiosity and the pleasure of knowledge, giving value to science, innovation, and sustainability.
